I oversaw all creative for Sam’s Club Mastercard and private-label credit cards, guiding the financial partner on designing content that aligned with Sam’s Club’s core branding and strict style guidelines.
A key part of my role was managing the Welcome/EMOB (Early Month on Book) campaign, which targets the crucial first 90 days and focuses on streamlining the onboarding process, engaging new cardholders, and encouraging loyalty. EMOB messaging generally leads to higher balances after the first statement cycle, with long-term engagement boosting customer value by up to three times and fueling sustained program growth.
