I led design for a large-scale relaunch of Sam’s Club's cash back program, developing visual tone and comprehensive style guide for designers, multidisciplinary teams, and agency partners to integrate consistently across every asset.
The relaunch goal was to solve customer confusion and strengthen engagement by extending exclusive offers and extra ways to earn cash back outside of Sam’s Club. I oversaw execution of the 360° campaign, aligning with Product and UX on a visual system and in-app experience. The campaign successfully connected with members and reinforced the program’s value, increasing cash back earnings by over 20% within the first year.
